What does 16-seater VIP minibus hire include?
It includes the 16-seater Mercedes Sprinter VIP minibus with a driver, either for door-to-door journeys or to keep at your disposal for several hours.
- Door-to-door journeys: pick-up at a specific point, such as a hotel, and straight to your destination.
- At-disposal service, from a couple of hours up to 12 hours, where you tell the driver where to go.

Is the 16-seater minibus right for my group?
It is suitable for groups of up to 16 passengers; for larger groups, our fleet includes 25, 35 and 38-seater microbuses and larger coaches.

Is the 16-seater VIP minibus hired with a driver?
Yes, a driver is always included. We choose our drivers for their driving skills, professionalism, presentation and level of English.
How many hours can I keep the minibus at my disposal?
Up to 12 consecutive hours a day with one driver and up to 19 hours if the service is provided with two drivers.
What happens if I cancel my booking?
Up to 16 days before departure only a €50 handling fee is charged; from 15 to 4 days before, 50% of the total price; and from 3 to 0 days before, 100%.
When do I pay for the service?
50% is paid at the time of booking, by card or bank transfer, and the balance at least 3 working days before the service.
