What makes the coach VIP?
We work with three comfort levels, Standard, Business and VIP, and the coach on this page belongs to the VIP range; the specific extra equipment depends on the vehicle assigned.
Extras our vehicles may have include footrests, leather seats, USB ports, Wi-Fi or a toilet, and all of them have seat belts and systems such as ABS, ESP and BAS. How long can I keep the coach at my disposal?
Up to 12 consecutive hours a day with one driver; with two drivers, the day can be extended to up to 19 hours.
Under European regulations, the driver takes a 45-minute break after four and a half hours at the wheel and may not drive more than 9 hours a day. On multi-day trips, the rest between one day and the next is at least 11 consecutive hours. Bearing this in mind when planning the route avoids delays.

What insurance does the coach have?
Our vehicles have compulsory passenger insurance and compulsory civil liability insurance, as well as voluntary civil liability insurance, covering contingencies during journeys in the hired vehicle.
Is luggage covered?
Luggage in the luggage hold is covered up to €14.50 per kilogram, with a maximum of 15 kg per passenger. Hand luggage is not covered.
Can I cancel free of charge?
Up to 16 days before departure only a €50 handling fee is charged; from 15 to 4 days before, 50% of the total price; and from 3 to 0 days before, 100%.
